How are your prices so affordable?
Larger gemstone companies inflate the price of their stones significantly because they are already reputable companies. People are willing to overpay for jewelry because of these companies' proven reputations. We are a small business still working hard to build a good reputation. The jewelry will speak for itself when you receive it!

When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?
Ready to ship items in stock will ship the same or next business day. Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks to complete and ship, depending on the season and the design process.

There is an option to add "overnight shipping" to your bag in the "Custom Design" section.

Do you ship to ____?
I can ship anywhere that USPS or FedEx can reach. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What are your custom design and made to order policies?
- A nonrefundable deposit is required for custom orders. It takes time to design and consult with you.

- Custom orders must be paid within 3 days of completion unless previously discussed with me.

-  Clients receive one free 3D design revision after the initial design is sent. There is a $5 charge for each design revision.

- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged if any made to order product is cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

In order to continue jewelry services at an affordable cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
